Hello, this exercise can be applied to any scale, or any pattern that you like to play. In this exercise I take a G major scale, and play it using string skipping. This idea can be played any where on the fretboard, and in any key. Recommended exercise techniques for this exercise include Legato and Alternate picking. Once agian, start with a comfortable tempo and work your speed up, but only when you can play it accurate.
