I will refer to left hand fingers as 1=index, 2=middle, 3=ring, and 4=pinkey. In measure 5, use your 4 to fret the G# in the bass, then use 2 to fret the C# on the second string and 1 to fret the A# in the bass. In measure 6, 3 will fret the G# in the bass, and 4 will fret the G# on the first string, then move 4 down fret by fret while the bass line hits the open A followed by the A# (fretted with 1). Be sure to hold the F# on the high string with 4 into the next part.
