Hello and welcome to my Introduction to Guitar series. This series of lessons is for someone who wants to play guitar but has little or no experience with the instrument.

The guitar is a beautiful instrument and the joy of learning music is, for lack of a better phrase, extremely exciting. This first volume covers the basics such as: how to hold a guitar, hand positioning, tuning, and how to read standard tablature.

This is the start of a wonderful and exciting journey with many roads and foreign lands that stretch beyond the golden horizon, good luck and have fun.

Peter Hsieh
