This copyright covers the lesson and not the tune.

It is one of the many folk songs that people sing for expressing their feelings.

The chords are easy. These chords are up the neck. This Bb chord fingering is easier than the one in the first position. There are two Bb chord fingerings available for your use, One is a little harder than the other. Either will be fine for your use with this tune.

When learning this F chord fingering, begin by setting the 4th finger on the 5th string first

followed with the 3rd finger on the 4th string

then the 1st finger on the 3rd string

and last with the 1st on the 2nd string.

Chords are generally strummed from the lowest sounding string used to the highest string used for any chord and that is why in practice make the fingers set the lowest sounding tone to the next highest chord tone.

Train that little finger to work for you. When playing the chords, make an attack by making all the fingers to come down as hammers on the strings.

The groove track used is the Blues. Most patterns do not fit well with this tune.

Page 2 is the tab for listening. It is too long to fit on a page. Page 3 & 4 will split the tab so that it will be printer friendly.
