This lick is based on the natural and harmonic minor scale. This sequence is played with 16th notes and utilizes a classical technique known as a pedal tone. Wide stretches are required on the fretting hand to play this sequence. I suggest learning this sequence one bar at a time. Combine this lesson and previous lessons such as the arpeggio sequence to create long runs and remember to play this sequence in other keys.
A harmonic minor
A natural minor
