The last warmup exercises our cover will be the chromatics. Looking into the guitar basics here will show you the chromatic scale. These examples just take fragments of the chromatic scale and turns them into great warmups, great exercises, especially for building up speed. There's a many of thing you can do with chromatics. Try to apply some of the stretches with the chromatics and you have something pretty cool. Again, I stress to take these exercises and any other exercises and start off slow, particularly with the stretching. Speed doesn't have to burn here. After the warming up then we'll work on precision and then speed. Hopefully this covers a topic that can be used by all and inserted into your daily regiment. Tedonitis, Carpal, and other ailments can be avoided with knowledge and practice. Good Luck, especially to Matt.
