Now for the fun. LOL. The first set of warm up exercises takes us through a F major triad. The examples shows playing this triad across all strings and playing them first as quarter notes. Then as triplets, and then as sixteenth notes. These can be done just in this key as a warm up or played in all keys as a real warm up and as a technical exercise. The last example shows that these exercises can be done in a pentatonic scale shape as well.
