An issue has come up concerning one of our wholenote members and that's his battle with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I take this seriously because a few years ago I thought I contracted this condition. Luckily it was tendonitis and a brief "layoff" period with rest was all that was needed. I'm sure I can speak for all in the wholenote community when I say that we all wish Matt and anyone else inflicted with this dreadful conditon a speedy recover and the best of luck. Nothing but positive thoughts for you! This prompt me to compose a lesson on warming up and hopefully this can lay down some path work for beginners and be a useful tool for the more advanced.
