These first Bars are actually new, and were to be included in The Open Road, from which the following two Pages are taken. Due to Composer limitations, these are shown here as 20 Bars of 4/4. In reality, there are 16 Bars, each of 5/4 time. Play Bars 1 through 20, then repeat Bars 1 through 10 before proceeding to the next Page.
