7 one position,two octave scale forms,play each mode ascending and decending,without stopping at the higher octave. Rhythmically you can use any pattern you like the same goes for picking,with these one position scales each finger is assigned a fret with the 1st finger taking care of two frets in some cases,work this out in all keys and practice equals some great results. try both fingerings for each;
