Here's another nice lick over the IV chord (i.e. C7). We set it up in measure 5 with some comping, and then let loose in the 6th measure, using a 16th note lick featuring the blue note, while playing the E on top. The G7-C-G7 lick at the end of measure 7 confirms that we are indeed the true masters of the blues double and triple stop, and from now on, should always be second on the bill next to B.B. King...
