Use a metronome always. This will improve soloing and will work with your brain to think of the whole guitar neck as a whole. This is just one of many scales that run the whole neck. Go up and down and always use a metronome.

Fingers to use from low E to high E strings:

E: 1-3-4, A: 1-3-4, D: 1-2-4, G: 1-2-4, B: 1-2-4, E: 1-3-4
