Hi, and welcome to one of my lessons. In this lesson, we will learn how we can make chords by moving around the basic open chord shapes. Most of these open chords come from the educational book "Guitar For Dummies," I am just extending on the book's chords. This is one of my first lessons aimed at beginners, but I do expect you to know the following things
  • Your Basic Major and Minor open chord shapes.
  • Your power chords(Check my lessons for a lesson on power chords.)
  • The notes on your 6th and 5th strings.

    • Okay, lets get started.
