Welcome!! I didn't scare you away! Okay, lets get to buisiness.

A power chord is normaly described as a "Root-Fifth" combination. Now, this in itself does not create a chord, a chord is three different notes. Two notes, however, makes what is called a "double stop." This is important to remember in that a power chord is not major or minor, it is nuetral.
