So, you've got some music with no lyrics, huh? Well, fear not, I am here to help! No, I'm not gonna write them for you (well, maybe if you ask really nice), but I'm gonna give you some pointers that will helpfully get you on the road to lyric writing!

There is no great mystery. After years of doing this, and countless times being asked, "How do you write songs?" and after having asked dozens of other songwriters, I have reached some conclusions. Basically, it comes down to this: there are two kinds of people when it comes to songwriting - those for whom it comes quite easily, and those who have to work at it. I am of the opinion that anyone of normal intelligence can write a song. Some will do better than others, naturally, but with sufficient determination, anyone can do it. But how, you ask?
