Feel the Strings
This is an adaptation of the first exercise, designed to improve your tempo. Like the first exercises, go through it all the way up to the twelfth fret and back down. Alternate between i and m, then repeat the exercise alternating between m and i. Always use a metronome and practice strict timing, especially with the triplets.
