In the last half of the piece, we reiterate the same pattern mostly through D minor and A major. In the last four measures, we always use the same pattern on top (the D minor triad), but use different bass notes for it to sound against (the low F, the A, and finally, the D). It's also nice to slow up a bit when you reach the last two measures, and finish with a nice strum on the final D minor chord.
