This is a great song I learned in Jazz band. It was made for piano, bass, trumpet, saxaphone, and guitar, but since your not in a jazz band, I have written this arrangement for 1 or 2 guitars/piano. This has a excellent, but difficult rythm. A lot of notes occur on the upbeats, this mixed with dotted and tied notes makes this piece a challenge. Take this at a starting tempo of 120, if thats to difficult try 100, 80, or even 60. Once it can be played at 120, take it all the way up to 220, and you have a fast swing piece. On the next pages, I will go over both the melody, and the back up chord's. Enjoy!
