One of the best ways to end a blues tune is either going down to the 7(9) chord:
F7(9)
E7(9)


or going up to the same chord:

D7(9)
Eb7(9)
E7(9)


That being said, let's look at a couple of ways to end a song by using the blues scale (all in key of E) leading into a nice E7(9) ending. This first one starts with a bend on the high strings on the third fret, then basically works its way down the blues scale.
