The second half of the tune adds just one more section to think about. Db major works well during the Eb minor chord. Ab7 makes me think about Db major with D instead of Db (the #11 instead of a clashing 4th); this particular collection of notes is called by several names, depending on how you think about it- Ab lydian dominant, D diminished wholetone, or Eb melodic minor....

The good news is that the last four bars are identical to the second 4 bar group of the song (measures 5-8).
