Now that you have 3 strings under your fingers (I hope), we can add a new aspect....chords!
We can play some traditional diatonic triad structures on 3 strings.....
F, 1st inversion
or
F, 2nd inversion
or even
F, root position
we can imply more complex chords by leaving out strategic notes (dig the Eb and F so close together)
