This chord shape should be familiar:

It is made up of the top part of a pretty standard minor-ninth voicing. In this key, the notes used are C, G, Eb, and Ab. These also happen to be the notes found in an AbMaj7 chord....interesting.....that probopbly means you can use and Ab major scale with an Fm7 chord...but I digress.
