These warm-up excersises when used correctly will increase the speed, accuracy, and dexterity of the players left and right hand. to get the most out of this lesson, put the loop on "forever" and work your way from 160 clicks to maybe 300 or so. when practicing by yourself, always use a metronome.
Here is the first excersise, 4 note of a major scale. set the loop to "forever and play this sequence until it is comfortable. see how fast you can go! 300 clicks is a good goal to work for.
