Open-String Legato Arpeggios

The main thing I want to stress at this point is that you can easily come up with your own cool arpeggiated harmonies by thinking to yourself (or out loud): "what are some chords that contain a G?"

Some that I came up with are:
G
C
Cm
Eb
Now in this case, we can't play 3 note arpeggios for these with just our left hand. So for each arpeggio, tap the highest note with your right-hand index finger, and play the other fretted note in the arpeggio with whatever left-hand finger feels comfortable.
