This is the final installment of my "Gravedigger Blues" trilogy of lessons, three lessons which relate to the "Gravedigger Blues" mp3 that I submitted here at Wholenote. This is the final section of the piece, following the ideas in the "Dead Thumb Blues" lesson. In fact, the first two bars of this lesson overlap the last two bars of Dead Thumb, if you're trying to sync it up to the mp3.

The focus of this lesson is on bass movement which does not interupt the melodic ideas happening on the higher strings. On this page you will find the entire "Walking Blues" part, and on the subsequent pages I will break down the movement and explain fingerings.
