A Sample Sequence


A Sample Sequence is shown at the bottom of this Page as Tablature.

The instructions in the following Pages will take you through the steps involved in creating this sequence for yourself.
For clarity, a brief description of the sequence content :-
  • The sequence consists of two Measures (Bar is sometimes used as an alternative to Measure).
  • The time signature is 4/4, that is, each Measure contains 4 beats of note duration.
  • The first measure contains four notes of note duration each.
  • The second measure contains four 1/8 notes, followed by a chord of note duration.
We are now ready to create the sequence.
