So those scales are fine and dandy (very, very useful, in fact), but they are even better when you link them together, so that you have all of those notes available to you in one large pattern....

as always, memorize the pattern, and then use it in your blues/rock/jazz/country tunes for solos and fills...sing as you play (at least internally), and play what you feel...
