Eb harmonic minor scale = Eb, F, Gb, Ab, Bb, Cb, D, Eb, F, Gb, Ab, Bb, Cb, D, Eb. vii diminished 7th = D, F, Ab, Cb = Ddim7.

The scale starts on the note "Eb" located on the 5th string at the 6th fret.

Ascends to highest note in position then descends to Bb scalewise and then returns to the tonic, Eb.

F# harmonic minor scale = F#, G#, A, B, C#, D, E#, F#, G#, A, B, C#, D, E#, F#. vii diminished 7th = E#, G#, B, D.

It should be noted here that I wanted to show the E#dim7 chord in root position within this scale form. Other inversions of the same chord are available. They are enharmonic equivalents.
