This is an old sequence based on one of my favourite chord shapes :-
Dare I say that I use my thumb to fret the F# Bass in Bars 1-4, although it can also be played by moving the 1st finger between 1st and 6th strings.

The double 6th string Bass notes in Bars 6,8,10,12 are in fact hammer-ons, which are not shown as they make the notation ugly.
