Chromatic Twang

Here's a little chromatic-tinged run to play over an A7 train beat groove. It descends from the root to the b7 and from the 5th to the 4th.

Measure One: Pull off and hammer on all of the chromatic notes. Try a few different fingerings until you find one that is smooth. I play the ascending 4-b5-5 run as 1-2-2 and grab the b7 (G) with my index finger.

Measure Two: Pull-off C to A on the 4th string in measure 2 and slide your first finger down to the G note.

Measure Three: Use hybrid picking for the double stops and hammer the G to A for the final two notes.
