THEORY

This too is straightforward. The Bb melodic minor outlines the Eb7.

The Am7b5 is arpeggiated and the B note over the D7 is only there to finsh the tune (although technically it's the 13th of D7).

It ends, obviously, with a short arpeggio over the Cm.
