Here's another horn influenced melody line that fits over the previous chord pattern. In this example there are some slides and hammer-ons. Don't be intimidated. Just try them slowly at first and then gradually increase the tempo. Try to think of your guitar as a trombone as you play the slides. Once again notice how common the driving upbeats are in Ska music.
