We'll build altered chords using the Dominant 7th chord formula of 1_3_b7.
The ROOT of the chord is either on the 6th string or 5th string as indicated
by the fretboard map above. Note that both are G7 chords.
The shapes are moveable. The altered notes b5, #5, b9, #9 are added to the basic shapes.
