MAKING A LESSON - HTML CHEAT CODE

A cheat code for html...you've got to be kidding? Well, in fact, I have found a way to get around using several different codes...and this is perfect for those just starting out using these codes, or for people, like myself, who are fed up with html codes.

What I do is to simply use the paragraph code, and only that one paragraph code to put together my lessons...and it works.

At the end of each paragraph, go down one space, and insert the code <*p> without the * mark. Then go down one more space on the page and begin your next paragraph. And remember to end each paragragh with the same code.

You can also space sentences with the same code, example;

<*p>

I have just spaced my sentences.

But does this work with tabs? You bet, but I begin and end each section of tab with two codes in a row, as you will see below;

<*p>

<*p>

E__________________________

<*p>

B__________________________

<*p>

G_________________________

<*p>

D_________________

<*p>

A_____5_5_7_7_9_9_

<*p>

E_____3_3_5_5_7_7_

<*p>

<*p>

So why double the code at the beginning and end of each section of tab? Remember, we are cheating here, using one code instead of several. And for some reason, if you use only one code at the beginning and end of each section of tab, I have found, sometimes, one line of tab will still leap up into a sentence above or below it. So tto be on the safe side, follow the example I gave above and your tabs will all come out fine. If they don't, it's because yyou screwed up on one or more of the codes.

REVIEW

Always place a <*p> at the end of each paragraph, without the * mark inserted.

Always use a small p in your codes

Always begin and end each section of tab with double codes, one over the other.

And remember to insert a code between each and every line of tab or they will scramble on you when you post the lesson.

Now go put together some cool lessons for us all to enjoyy...
