First route up and down the fretboard. The fingering for this is obvious: open,1,2,3,4 etc. At 3rd string, play the B on the 4th fret instead of Open 2nd String. This mimics the patterns that show up in the other two versions of this scale. At 5th fret, shift to first finger again and again at fret 9
