The customer service was courteous for the most part. Not so prompt. Called them and they emailed me back, not called. Also, had to do a return sent it back to them in original packaging and they said it had a dent when it got to them and subtracted 25% from my refund total cost not including shipping I paid. It could be a good hustle and had no dent at all. Buyer beware, be sure of purchase.

Guitar was listed as new but when arrived, obvious signs of use. Contacted ActiveMusician and returned product for full refund but I had to pay for shipping.

Awesome guitar for the price. I bought it for my brother and he loves it. Nice, rich sound. Delivered quickly with no problems.
