Account Problems?

• My email is valid but I don't know my password -- Use our password recovery tool to regain access to your account
• I don't remember my email or it's no longer valid -- If you know the url of your WholeNote homepage, which looks something like:

  http://www.wholenote.com/u[some number]--firstname-lastname

  and you have a Facebook account, use our account recovery tool via Facebook to submit your info. If it's a match, you'll get info on how to change the email on your WholeNote account, and you'll have access in no time.
• I want my account deleted, and information removed -- Once you have access to your account using the methods above, you'll be able to remove/edit any of your previously authored content (e.g. lessons, resources, mp3s, etc), as well as deactivate your account from your member settings, if so desired.
  
  Deactivating your account removes your name from the site completely, though some actual content, like Fretbuzz posts may remain.
