Here are some more licks in the style of the late great Stevie Ray Vaughan. The examples in pages 1 and 2 are a little longer than the first SRV lesson, because I'd like to try to convey how Stevie developed a solo rather than just showing licks. In the example below, there's a fair amount of space in the first 6 measures, with some rhythmic chucks to fill in. The little fills are in duple meter with 8th notes, but when it starts to heat up in measures 8-10, there's more of a triplet feel. Stevie was a master of shifting in and out of different rhythms.
