Eric Clapton has recently put out some blues albums containing excellent acoustic work ("Unplugged" and "From the Cradle"). I have tried to show some of the Clapton style in the following pages. We will start by looking at a couple of signature Clapton moves, then go over a blues shuffle (shown below) starting on page 6 and then look at a solo starting on page 8. Most of the material is based upon "Before You Accuse Me" and "Driftin'" although I have embellished at points.
