This is all hammer on from nowhere tapping. Use 1st and 4th fingers on the minor 3rd. stretches and 1st and 3rd. on whole steps.The upper octave is with your right handi.e All notes on the twelfth and above are with the right hand.It is agood idea to rest your right hand thumb on the side of the neck in the beginning for balance purposes.
