Here's a tune I was just fooling around with. Most of the chords have a major 9th stuck in there somewhere (the A, the C and the D). When the G chord is played, I drop the low G on the 6th string, such that the lowest note is the 3rd of the chord (the B on the 5th string). Also, sometimes on the C chord that ends a section, you'll see the open D on the 4th string thrown in (like in measure 10). Knowing a few different ways to imply a C major chord is a good thing.
