As with most of these alternating bass tunes, it's all played out of chords, so all you need to do is master the changes and play the bass line really slow over and over again until you get it all together. The only tricky part in this whole song (or I should say the parts that I found tough when I was learning it)are the little slide in the 2nd bar and barring the 1st fret for all the stuff in the 3rd and 4th bar.
