Basics: Random Interval Exercise

Use this exercise to help you improve your aural mastery of intervals. A random interval will be played, and it's up to you to determine what the name of the interval is. If you need help, consult our Interval Reference Chart:

Unison    Minor 2nd   Major 2nd     Minor 3rd
Major 3rd Perfect 4th Augmented 4th Perfect 5th
Minor 6th Major 6th   Minor 7th     Major 7th

Instructions
1. Listen to the interval made by two random notes by clicking the "Listen" button.

2. Try to identify this interval and make your selections from the available choices.
