Classical Guitar Lesson by James Teitsworth suitable for Beginner guitarists.
Excerpt:  This is just a nice little warm up I use. It's called the spider just watch your left hand as you play to figure out why. Be sure to use the pinkie for the 4th fret so it gets a work out too. With your right use a strict alternation between your index and middle finger on the 2nd string and of course use your thumb on the 5th string. Start off slow and slowly up the tempo.
