Lesson #1 teaching basics of rock. The sequence starts buy doing a simple warmup exercise that most people are familiar with. The first 3 measures are the hardest of all. You will need to practice this over and over to get it in the right speed. The power chords after the 3rd measure are very easy, this part is to practice changing from power chords, to palm muting , picking and back.
